I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and I’m passionate about working with those who want to feel balanced, energetic and strong, but are struggling to form lasting health and wellness habits.
I partner with you to help you create health and wellness habits with more ease.
Through our work together, we explore the deep motivation behind it all and make our way through the roadblocks.
I bring my health coach training, my past experience working in healthcare, and my own health journey to my coaching practice.
I provide a warm, welcoming space where you are guided and supported in creating lasting health and wellness habits that will move you toward a vibrant future.
My own health and wellness journey really took off about 10 years ago when I was diagnosed with several autoimmune conditions.
I knew it was important to get into regular routines with exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and taking time for myself, but I felt overwhelmed with everything going on in my life.
There were just too many things to get done each day between my work as a physical therapist, taking care of my family, and everything else.
I had no clue how to fit it all in, but I had a deep desire to take the time out of my day to spend on myself.
My attempts often ended in disappointment as week after week passed without getting into the consistent wellness habits I was striving for.
The whole process felt energy draining…the exact opposite of how I wanted to feel!
I had a deep yearning for…
- More ease and less pressure.
- More enjoyment doing it and less getting it over with.
- More listening to my body and less listening to others.
I took a step back and realized it wasn’t about powering through my wellness activities, squeezing them into my day so I could check them off.
It was about the relationship I had with myself, the internal conversation I was having day in and day out.
My perfectionist thoughts had a direct impact on my wellness and I knew things needed to shift.
I found my way by…
Breaking things down into small steps and releasing self-imposed (and external) expectations;
Listening to my body and letting it lead me;
Finding things I enjoyed that energized me;
Connecting deeply with my motivation;
Letting go of the “shoulds.”
It was on this personal journey that I was introduced to the profession of health and wellness coaching and I intuitively knew this is where my years of studying and practicing as a physical therapist were meant to lead.
I am now grateful to be able to support others on this journey as they uncover their own paths forward toward vibrant health and wellness.

A little more about my background…
I also have a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University and previously specialized in treating patients with neurologic and chronic health conditions.
I have an endless passion for learning, a huge curiosity for all things health and wellness, and can often be found going down research rabbit holes related to the mind-body connection.
