Hey there – I’m Emily
I’m a (recovering!) perfectionist and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed with everything that has to get done during the day causing wellness habits to take a back seat.
It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with several autoimmune conditions that I realized the importance of slowing down and prioritizing my own wellness. Now I help others do the same.
