I’m a (recovering!) perfectionist and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I understand what it feels like to have so much going on in the day that it feels impossible to find time for yourself. I too craved a more balanced and healthy life, but felt stressed and caught up with everything that had to get done during the day causing my wellness habits to take a back seat.
It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with several autoimmune conditions that I realized the importance of slowing down and prioritizing my own wellness. Now I help others do the same.
